LEXA Construction ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, how it's stored, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
LEXA Construction is a construction business based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India, and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For any question about this policy or your personal data, email us at info@lexaconstruction.in.
2. What information we collect
Information you give us
We collect personal information from you only when you choose to submit the "Start Your Project" enquiry form on this site:

Please don't include sensitive details such as ID numbers or bank information in the project description. We don't need them to respond to an enquiry.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, the services that deliver this site to your browser automatically receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is needed to send the page to you and is not used by us to identify you. The services involved are listed in Section 4.
If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, the tools in that category (see Section 6) also collect information about your visit. If you don't, they don't.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your project enquiry, by phone, email, or WhatsApp
- To send you an automatic email confirming that your enquiry has reached us
- To keep an internal record of enquiries so we can follow up appropriately
- To improve how we respond to and serve prospective clients
- If you allow analytics cookies, to understand how visitors use this site; if you allow advertising cookies, to see whether our advertising leads to enquiries (see Section 6)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
4. Who we share it with
We use the following services to run this website and respond to enquiries. Each acts on our behalf:

If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, the tools in that category (see Section 6) also receive information about your visit. They are told when an enquiry form has been submitted, but never what you typed into it.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of business enquiries, or until you ask us to delete it (see Section 7).
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
When you first visit this site, a banner lets you accept tracking or customise your choices. Cookies and similar tools on this site fall into three categories. Nothing in the two optional categories loads until you choose Accept tracking or Save choices. If you open Customise, both optional categories start switched on; switch off any you don't want before saving.
Strictly necessary — always on
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it on every page. It isn't used to track you and is never sent to us.
Analytics — optional

These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which loads only if you allow at least one optional category, and each tool runs only if you have allowed its category. If you allow neither, Tag Manager doesn't load and none of these tools set cookies.
Changing your mind
You can change your choices at any time with the button below, or the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of every page. If you turn a category off, its tools stop loading from the next page you open. Cookies they have already set stay in your browser until they expire or you clear them in your browser settings.

7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it
- Withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for analytics and advertising cookies, at any time
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so
- Raise a grievance about how your information has been handled
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@lexaconstruction.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you aren't satisfied with how we handle a grievance, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India once you have raised it with us first.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on established providers (Zoho, Google and Bunny.net) for storage and delivery. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for adults seeking construction services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or tools to this website. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the most recent revision.
